RapidHealth Total Triage is an online system that allows you to tell us about your symptoms or healthcare needs at a time that suits you. Our online consultation forms provide us with key information about your problem, to ensure you’re directed to the most appropriate care.

SystmOnline
SystmOne is our clinican system that we use at the GP surgery.
If you register to use this or the NHS app it means that you can see your information, consultations, test results and letters etc. Each request to have access is reviewed by the practice and then granted for safety reasons. Larger requests for informations such as backdated information can take up to 28 days to grant.
Having access to SystmOne online gives you the ability to print your Summary Care Record which some people find convenient when other organisations ask for information that you can automatically give without involving the practice.
For more information please contact the surgery via the admin request on Rapid Health.
